Job summary

STGi is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) in Greensboro, NC, to lead the pharmacy's clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial performance. The PIC will be the primary license holder of record, ensuring safe dispensing, compliance, and growth while fostering resident-centered care and community engagement.

The role emphasizes regulatory oversight, immunization programs, staffing, inventory control, and revenue management. Strong leadership and pharmacy management experience are required.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist in Charge per state regulations.
• Immunization certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy management system and third party billing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience (Leadership experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory acumen and compliance oversight for state and federal laws.
• Lead clinical services, immunization programs, and patient counseling.
• Direct daily pharmacy workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and third party billing adherence.
• Drive profitability, KPIs, and community engagement initiatives.
