Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with 340B program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy Department operations, staffing, inventory, and supervision.
• Develop and manage the department budget and ensure cost‑effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and license renewals.
• Prepare monthly board reports and submit data to Administrations/Agencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and admins to meet patient care goals.
• Attend Medical Staff meetings and chair Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
