Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee all pharmacy operations, focusing on the 340B Drug Pricing Program within an FQHC setting. You will ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to underserved populations.

Reporting to the Chief of Pharmacy, you will supervise staff, implement policies, and coordinate with site providers to improve patient outcomes while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy and valid BLSC certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to FQHCs.
• Experience in a healthcare environment and familiarity with 340B program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and 340B program compliance.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with site providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain SOPs and patient safety practices.
• Manage inventory and procurement per 340B requirements.
• Provide patient education and counseling as needed.
• On-site on-call coverage and weekend shifts.
