Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge for Blue Springs, MO. This full-time role runs 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturday hours, in an ESOP-owned environment.

Salary ranges $145,000–$165,000 per year based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will lead daily operations, hire and train staff, oversee dispensing and QA, maintain regulatory compliance, manage inventory and controlled substances, and collaborate with prescribers, nurses

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
• Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee inventory and controlled substances
• Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
• Build relationships with local agencies and providers
• Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows
