This includes assessing drug orders for accuracy and appropriateness, developing care plans, maintaining medication profiles, monitoring and documenting patients' progress and outcomes, compounding sterile products, and selecting appropriate supplies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree is required

Certification / Licensure

Rph Ohio - Registered pharmacist - Ohio State Board of Pharmacy is required
