Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join a closed-door fulfillment facility. You will verify prescriptions with speed and clinical accuracy, counsel patients by phone or digital platforms, and collaborate with prescribers to keep medications moving safely.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, performing DUR, ensuring cold-chain handling when needed, and maintaining HIPAA/compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong command of the English language; bilingual Spanish preferred for phone counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn pharmacy systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Validate prescription data entry performed by pharmacy technicians for transcription accuracy.
• Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions in a closed-door environment prior to shipment.
• Conduct daily prospective drug utilization review to identify clinical flags.
• Manage specialty medication handling requirements including cold-chain verification.
• Supervise technicians across data entry, processing, and fulfillment workflows.
• Collaborate with prescribers to support therapeutic substitutions and timely dispensing.
• Provide bilingual patient counseling where applicable.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance in all activities.
