Blink Health is seeking a skilled BlinkRx Pharmacist to join our closed‑door facility team. You will verify prescriptions with speed and accuracy, provide proactive phone counseling, and collaborate with prescribers to move medications safely and efficiently.

In a structured, high‑throughput environment, you will supervise technicians, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality improvements that expand access to affordable medicines for millions of patients annually.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited college
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing
• Strong written and spoken English; bilingual Spanish preferred for counseling

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, interactions, and dosing accuracy
• Validate data entry by pharmacy technicians for provider orders and transfers
• Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions in a closed-door setting prior to shipment
• Conduct daily DUR to identify and resolve clinical flags
• Manage specialty medication handling including cold-chain verification
• Provide outbound patient counseling calls and address counseling needs on inbound calls
• Document interactions in the patient profile within the pharmacy system
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify orders and explore formulary alternatives
