Job summary

ARcare in Arkansas is seeking a Pharmacist to join our rural healthcare team. You will manage all aspects of our pharmacy program, overseeing ordering and dispensing of pharmaceutical drugs while ensuring compliance with state laws.

Collaborate with Clinical Services Coordinator, Quality/TQI Director, and CFO to maintain 340B and DMEPOS policies and procedures, supporting initiatives to improve patient access and health outcomes in our communities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the pharmacy program and oversee the ordering and dispensing of drugs.
• Ensure compliance with state pharmacy laws and regulations and cooperate with leadership on policy adherence.
