Premier Pharmacy Care, a 24/7/365 closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Arkansas, seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our team serving SNFs, group homes, and assisted living facilities across the state.

The ideal candidate has Arkansas pharmacist license, 1-2 years of practice experience, and comfort with sterile compounding. While long hours are common, we pride ourselves on compassionate care and reliable coverage, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be in possession of a pharmacist's license in good-standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Have 1-2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist, including sterile compounding preferred but not required.
• Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift 25 pounds.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrate compassion for residents and their caregivers.
