Premier Pharmacy Care in Arkansas is seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to join its 24/7 long-term care pharmacy serving skilled nursing facilities, group homes, and assisted living communities across the state. Responsibilities include reviewing and dispensing prescriptions, applying clinical knowledge to patient care, and collaborating with pharmacists and staff to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
• 1-2 years of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Sterile compounding experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Schedule:

Rotating shifts between 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with typically one Saturday per month and a weekday off.
