Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy or PharmD/Bachelor with eligibility.
• Current Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing or eligibility within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret physician prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions and standards.
• Provide timely and accurate drug information.
• Perform clinical interventions to optimize therapy.
• Support day-to-day employee pharmacy operations.
• Participate in pharmacy business management responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Utilize pharmacy computer systems for routine functions.
• Maintain attention to detail and safety in the pharmacy environment.
