Kroger Co. is seeking a Pharmacist at our North Chesterfield, VA location to ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications and to provide exceptional patient care.

You will oversee RX processing, immunizations, and collaboration with prescribers while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, customer service, and supervision of pharmacy operations in a team-driven store environment.

Formación

• Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of US School of Pharmacy or foreign equivalency.
• Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
• Ability to work at various locations.
• Ability to travel independently.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions regarding products and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Provide drug counseling with customers and prescribers.
• Receive verbal RX orders and reduce to writing per laws and regulations.
• Interpret, fill/refill, label and bag prescription orders accurately.
• Evaluate appropriateness of RX orders with patient safety in mind.
• Be familiar with third-party billing and procedures.

Educación

Pharmacist license
