Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; residency in hospital pharmacy strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of pharmacotherapy and disease states with ability to monitor drug therapy.
• Experience teaching or supervising students, interns, or technicians is preferred.
• Ability to disseminate drug information to healthcare personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the pharmacist level project manager for enterprise pharmacy initiatives across ambulatory, specialty and community sites.
• Drive centralization work including prior authorization workflows and centralized patient communication/call center models.
• Act as a core connector across operational owners, clinical leadership, finance, IT, and site-level pharmacy leaders.
• Coordinate HPOD project plans, document scope, track milestones, surface barriers, and prepare executive readouts.
• Build repeatable project infrastructure with timelines, RACI grids, executive summaries, and implementation checklists.
• Prepare leadership materials summarizing performance, impact, and required decisions.
• Escalate risk and recommend mitigation for timelines, regulatory requirements, patient safety, access, or financial value.
