Job summary

Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Pharmacist in an enterprise project management role focused on pharmacy centralization, integrated care delivery, and HPOD work. The role will coordinate large-scale initiatives across ambulatory, specialty, and community pharmacy to align deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Hospital pharmacy residency strongly preferred.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan; licensure within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pharmacist level project manager for enterprise pharmacy strategic initiatives that cross ambulatory, specialty and community pharmacy domains.
• Drive pharmacy centralization, including consolidation/standardization of prior authorization workflows and centralized patient communication and call center models.
• Act as a core connector across operational owners, clinical leadership, finance, IT, and site level pharmacy leaders; ensure system level decisions are implemented on schedule.
• Coordinate HPOD project plans: document scope/success measures, clarify owners, track milestones, surface barriers, and prepare executive readouts for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain repeatable project infrastructure for pharmacy: timelines, RACI grids, executive status summaries, and implementation checklists.
• Prepare leadership level materials summarizing performance, impact, and required decisions.
• Escalate risk and recommend mitigation when timelines, regulatory, patient safety, access, or financial value are at risk.
