New Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist Director, Sterile Compounding, and Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our pharmacy operations in Pennsylvania. This role combines extensive sterile and non-sterile compounding expertise with strong leadership to build structure, improve performance, and develop a high-performing team.
