Job summary

OurPharma in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a full-time sterile compounding pharmacist to oversee and participate in all aspects of sterile compounded product life cycles in a 503B Outsourcing Facility. You will work with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.

The role emphasizes aseptic technique, inventory management, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience in a 503B environment.
• Understanding of cGMP and SOPs applicable to sterile products.
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and cleanroom practices.
• Ability to oversee and participate in compounding and testing activities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with pharmacists, technicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and/or supervise production of sterile compounded products.
• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and SOPs.
• Apply aseptic/sterile compounding principles in product preparation and studies.
• Work in a sterile environment with proper hand washing and gowning.
• Monitor and maintain drug inventories and assist with orders and audits.
• Collaborate with intra- and inter-departmental staff.

Now Hiring Sterile Compounding Pharmacist

OurPharma is looking for an individual to join our growing team as a full-time sterile compounding pharmacist. The Sterile Compounding Pharmacist will play a vital role in overseeing and/or participating in all aspects of the preparation and life cycle of sterile compounded products made in the 503B Outsourcing Facility. This position will work collaboratively with a team of pharmacists, technicians, & support personnel, and will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Participate in OurPharma's robust training program, which includes demonstration of understanding of all policies and procedures relating to the function of this job position.
• Execute and/or supervise all processes associated with production of compounded sterile preparations while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Apply principles of aseptic/sterile compounding in overseeing and/or participating in compounding of final drug products, media fills, stability studies and R&D batches.
• Perform work in a sterile, cleanroom environment following proper hand washing, gloving, and gowning techniques.
• Monitor/maintain drug inventories and assist in preparing orders for API and related supplies, including continuous inventory updates and audits of controlled substances.
• Work collaboratively with intra- and inter-departmental staff in a professional manner.

Starting Salary Range for Role: $125,000+ depending on experience and qualifications
