Qualifications

• Extensive sterile and non-sterile compounding experience required.
• Proven operational and people leadership needed.
• Experience implementing systems and process improvements.
• Strong self-awareness, judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• Manage and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and lab leadership.
• Improve workflows, systems, accountability, and efficiency.
• Oversee staff training, scheduling, hiring, and performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to support continued growth.
• Maintain the pharmacy’s exceptional standards for quality and patient care.
