Job summary

CHAS Health in Washington is seeking a registered pharmacist (Rph/PharmD) to join our community-focused care team. You will review prescriptions, counsel patients, and work under Collaborative Drug Therapy Agreements to ensure safe, effective medication use.

Qualifications

Rph or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy is required.
Current licensure in Washington and/or Idaho is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; CPR/AED and computer skills essential.

Responsibilities

Review prescriptions and dispense medications.
Counsel patients on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
Review and authorize prescriptions under state-approved Collaborative Drug Therapy Agreements.
Assist patients with insurance/patient assistance options.
Collaborate with care team to discuss specific disease states.
Maintain QA procedures and HIPAA compliance; supervise staff.
