UCHealth is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Aurora, CO, to provide top‑tier medication management, counseling, and drug information. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure safe and effective therapies.

The position offers full‑time hours, day shifts, and a competitive pay range based on experience. Responsibilities include accurate dispensing, protocol adherence, and ongoing education to stay current with new drugs and treatment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions.
• Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $57.50 - $80.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
