Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. This onsite role requires a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and active state licensure, with day and evening rotations and a pay range of $59.80 to $83.72 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and administration instructions.
• Stay current with updated formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care and optimal outcomes.

Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.
