Job summary

UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to ensure medications are prescribed, dispensed, and administered according to best practices.   • Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education
  • Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes

Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins, CO

Department: PVH Outpatient Pharmacy

Work Schedule: Part Time, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $57.50 - $80.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
  • State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.

Clinical Pharmacist:
