Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist for 3rd shift staff to perform clinical drug therapy reviews and support physicians and care teams across our Southeast Massachusetts and Rhode Island facilities.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, MA license, and at least three years of experience, with vaccine requirements in place. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• A five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program is required.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Minimum three years experience required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or eligible for exemption with a signed statement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of professional services related to clinical review of patient drug therapy.
• Serve as a resource for Patient Care Services Administrators and physicians on pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy. Function as resource for Patient Care Services Administrative Supervisors and/or physicians for any pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program required.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Minimum three years experience required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $145,017.60 - USD $181,147.20 /Yr.
