Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Pharmacist for St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA. This 32-hour evening shift role runs 6:00am–12:00am with weekend and holiday rotation, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Pharmacy, MA Pharmacist license, and has 1+ year of experience; vaccination against flu and COVID-19 is required or an approved exemption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist license is required.
• Over one year of related experience is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Hours: 32hrs

Shift: Evening shift, Available 6:00am - 12:00am with weekend and holiday rotation

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy, knowledgeable of computer applications, pertinent state and federal law/regulations and provide immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Pharmacy is required.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Over one year related experience preferred.
• Consideration given to new graduates.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $55.24 - USD $69.56 /Hr.
