Southcoast Health is seeking a Pharmacist-3rd Shift Staff to support our pharmacy team in Massachusetts. You will perform professional services and clinically review patient drug therapy under the Director of Pharmacy Services.

Qualified candidates hold a BS in Pharmacy, Massachusetts pharmacist licensure, and a minimum of three years of experience; full vaccination against Seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption is required.

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy. Function as resource for Patient Care Services Administrative Supervisors and/or physicians for any pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program required.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Minimum three years experience required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $126,890.40 - USD $158,503.80 /Yr.
