Job summary

Altruix, a high-touch pharmacy serving behavioral health populations, seeks a Pharmacist for our Uniontown, PA location. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in pharmacy operations, review medications, manage patient profiles, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize care.

You will work onsite with potential evenings or weekends based on site needs. Pennsylvania licensure is required. This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all required documentation in compliance with policies.
• Report medication-related errors to the Pharmacist in Charge.
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Altruix is seeking a Pharmacist to support our Uniontown, PA pharmacy location. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency.

The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance in all aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication review, patient profile management, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Uniontown, PA location. Work schedule and hours may vary based on business needs, operational demands, and site requirements, including potential evenings or weekend coverage as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate patient profiles, including medical history, lab data, and concurrent medications
• Ensure appropriate lab monitoring for high-risk conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team as needed

• Report medication-related errors to the Pharmacist in Charge

Operations:

• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and quality assurance initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and practices
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred; long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
