Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist located in Arkansas. The pharmacist will evaluate and modify patient-specific pharmacotherapy and provide essential clinical assistance to healthcare professionals. The role includes ensuring proper preparation and delivery of medications.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and possess an active license from the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy. Completion of a PGY-1 Residency is preferred, and the pharmacist will also support medication management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice Pharmacy in Arkansas.
  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Eligible to precept IPPE and/or APPE students.

  • Evaluate and modify patient-specific pharmacotherapy.
  • Provide clinical assistance to healthcare professionals.

Summary

A pharmacist who has earned a B.S. Pharm. or Pharm.D. degree and is licensed to practice as a pharmacist in Arkansas will evaluate, recommend, design, implement, monitor, and/or modify patient-specific pharmacotherapy. The pharmacist will provide clinical assistance to other healthcare professionals. The pharmacist will ensure proper preparation, storage, and delivery of medications. The pharmacist will also assist the Clinical Coordinator, Supervisors, and Director of Pharmacy in hospital and/or system-wide medication management initiatives on an ongoing basis.

Other Information
  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • Active license to practice Pharmacy from the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy (in good standing).
  • Completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Residency program preferred.
  • Eligible to precept ippe and/or APPE students from ACPE accredited Colleges of Pharmacy.

This job will be authorized 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
