Job summary

Pharmacy1st Health in California is seeking a skilled Pharmacist Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, day-to-day operations, and patient-centered care in a growing rural clinic network.

You will lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and interns, drive quality assurance, manage inventory and workflows, support immunization and clinical programs, and collaborate with physicians to improve outcomes while ensuring audits and reporting are handled accurately.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.

• Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.
