Job summary

Pharmacy1st Health is expanding rural care delivery by transforming independent pharmacies into integrated care hubs in Wisconsin. We seek a PRN Pharmacist to lead with clinical excellence, serving underserved communities across a 6-week term or covering shifts in Oct–Nov.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state's Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Manage their day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow.
• Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management.
• Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals.

We operate across multiple states and are rapidly expanding a network of rural clinics co-located with pharmacies. Our goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality care while improving access, outcomes, and cost efficiency.\

We are seeking a PRN Pharmacistwho is ready to lead with clinical excellence and a deep commitment to serving rural communities. \This role is ideal for a Pharmacist who can work full-time for a 6-week term, or a Pharmacist who can cover a few shifts from Early October to Late November\. You will get to practice at the top of your license, shape care delivery, and play a meaningful role in a growing, mission-driven organization.\
