Position: For our Business Unit in Somerset, US, we are seeking a Pharmaceutical Technician I.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize dispensing systems to accurately weigh, dispense, and label raw materials.
  2. Prepare raw material containers for return to the warehouse, dispose of empty drums per SOPs.
  3. Verify accuracy of materials delivered and in-process materials.
  4. Perform milling, blending, and granulation of drug products, including disassembly, cleaning, setup, and operation of equipment.
  5. Handle compression and encapsulation processes, including equipment setup and operation.
  6. Film coat drug products, involving disassembly, cleaning, setup, and operation of coating equipment.
Required Profile:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing environment regulated by GMP standards.
  • Specific experience in oral solid dosage manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in at least one manufacturing discipline.
  • Ability to use hand tools for machinery assembly/disassembly.
  • Follow instructions and SOPs, demonstrate technical and troubleshooting skills.
