Position Summary

This full-time remote position requires technical knowledge and customer service abilities to meet company needs. A willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential.

Working Hours

8am - 4:30pm ET

Responsibilities

• Perform client services and support the State Compliance department:
• Review questionnaires and business models with clients;
• Consolidate and compile applications;
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness;
• Manage physical and electronic mail correspondence;
• Maintain communication with clients;
• Assist Application Specialist in resolving deficiencies;
• Update internal database on application status.
• Perform administrative tasks (basic Microsoft Word skills required).
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of drug supply chain, pharmacy regulatory affairs, or state licensing experience.

Additional Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Strong time management skills.
• Dependability and reliability.

Supervisory Responsibilities

No direct supervision but expected to embody company culture. Opportunities for advancement are available.
