Qualifications

• Some sales abilities or sales experience in quota-driven roles.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Proven sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
• High sense of urgency in customer service orientation.
• Strong business acumen and market opportunity insight.
• Must be able to acquire all industry certifications and/or credentials.
• Strong knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred.
• Completion of some entry Pharmaceutical Sales training or industry education.
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.
• Must maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products within a defined geography.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve results.
• Uses pharmacology knowledge to meet customer needs and territory management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Participate in scheduled company sales meetings and district/regional calls.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while complying with company standards.
• Other related duties as required.
