Job summary

SynBio is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) to build brand awareness, develop business, and acquire new clients. The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication and a passion for healthcare partnerships.

You will manage a client portfolio, assist with healthcare contracts, and help train staff while driving campaigns. Bonuses are available and top performers can exceed base pay through commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
• Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role
