Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is hiring Manufacturing Operator Levels I–III to support oral solid dosage production across weighing & blending, encapsulation, coating, and compression. You will follow batch records, SOPs, and GDP to ensure safe and accurate manufacturing.

Starting at an hourly rate between $21.00 and $39.50, depending on experience and function, with opportunities for training and progression to higher operator levels. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Philadelphia area facility.

Qualifications

• Relevant manufacturing experience and technical knowledge appropriate to the operator level.
• Understanding of cGMPs, Good Documentation Practices, and contamination-prevention practices appropriate to experience and assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to follow written procedures and batch records and perform calculations involving weights, measurements, and material quantities.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned manufacturing activities according to approved batch records, SOPs, production schedules, and safety requirements.
• Verify material identity, quantities, and status before use and maintain accurate identification and traceability throughout processing.
• Set up, operate, monitor, disassemble, reassemble, and clean manufacturing equipment as trained and authorized.
• Perform and document required in-process checks, monitor operating parameters, and promptly report results outside established limits.
• Complete batch records, equipment logs, and other manufacturing documentation accurately and contemporaneously.
• Perform equipment and room cleaning, product changeovers, and assigned line-clearance activities to prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination.
• Identify equipment malfunctions, process discrepancies, and quality or safety concerns; troubleshoot within approved procedures and elevate issues appropriately.
• Follow applicable gowning, personal protective equipment, hygiene, and material-handling requirements.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing leadership, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to support production; assist with operator training and process improvements appropriate to the assigned level.
