Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in purchasing, warehouse or delivery operations, or 3-5 years in related areas with progression.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm delivery of medical supplies to patients in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Manage daily warehouse activities prioritizing delivery of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain the warehouse and receiving/shipping areas in a professional, safe state.
• Train and supervise all delivery technicians.
• Perform product purchasing, inventory and equipment management.
• Maintain a delivery log and track number and cost of deliveries.
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and comply with safety and quality practices.
• Maintain fleet vehicles per manufacturer guidelines.
• Participate in facility management and on-call duties as required.
• Accept other duties from General Manager.
