Job summary

ARxIUM INC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 6-month contract in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of warehouse experience, basic data entry skills, and the ability to operate common warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to read and understand product descriptions, labels and inventory docs.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, picker machines) preferred.
• UPS/FedEx shipping systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify products against receiving documents.
• Enter receipts into ERP system and report discrepancies or damage.
• Put away inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts.
