Job summary

American Regent Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking a Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations for sterile pharmaceuticals. You will receive, store, and stage materials, perform cycle counts, and help ensure inventory accuracy in compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.

This role collaborates with Production and QA/QC to verify materials, handle hazardous substances per regulations, and maintain clean, organized storage areas. A high school diploma and valid driver license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AS400 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and PPE usage.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver license and vehicle travel between sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and put away incoming materials per procedures.
• Transfer and stage raw materials to production staging area.
• Ensure materials issued are correct, within retest dates and quantities on container.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts and maintain logs.
