Job summary

Ferguson Integrated Supply is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate for a customer site in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on inventory management, stock control, and engaging with clinicians, administrators, and vendors to ensure outstanding service.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, stock rotation, and adherence to PPE safety regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in manufacturing and inventory operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred.
• Prior industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and adhere to HSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
• Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines.
• Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure outstanding service with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Must adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage and safety harness with a max weight capacity of 400 lbs.
