Job summary

American Regent is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, staging, and production materials in a cleanroom-adjacent logistics environment. You will verify shipments, document inventory, and assist QA/QC with sampling while maintaining accurate records and adhering to SOPs and cGMPs.

The role emphasizes safe operation of equipment, daily cycle counts, and timely material flow to production lines, ensuring compliance with FDA & DEA regulations where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AS400 systems preferred.
• Knowledge of SDS and PPE usage when necessary.
• Ability to perform basic math and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against bills and POs.
• Receive inventory in AS400 or via scanning guns.
• Put away inventory in proper storage locations.
• Deliver non-inventory materials to end users.
• Assist QA/QC with sampling and quarantine materials.
• Record and communicate inventory discrepancies to management.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Prepare materials for production staging and transfer to floor.
• Maintain accurate logs and update batch records.
