Job summary

American Regent Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate in Indiana to support receiving, put-away, and production staging. You will manage inventory, verify items against PO codes, and assist QA/QC in sampling while maintaining accurate records in AS400.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, proper material handling, and safe operation of equipment. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with driver’s license and basic math skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, AS400 computer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and willingness to use PPE when necessary.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and function in a team oriented work environment.
• Ability to certify and drive material handling equipment in warehouse areas.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver license and be able to operate vehicles safely.
• Must be able to read documents in Standard English such as SOPs and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against Bill of Ladings and Purchase orders.
• Receive inventory and commodities directly in AS400 or with scanning guns.
• Put away received items in proper storage locations.
• Deliver received non-inventory materials to end users.
• Segregate and quarantine materials requiring QA/QC sampling.
• Assist QA/QC in sampling and staging materials.
• Record and release materials in the AS/400 system.
• Inform logistics management of inventory discrepancies.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts.
• Certify and operate material handling equipment in warehouse areas.
• Transfer and stage raw materials to production staging area.
• Verify items against codes and retest dates before issuance.
• Ensure proper FIFO staging for production.
• Handle controlled substances and hazardous materials per regulations.
