Nivagen Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all site warehousing, material handling, inventory control, and finished‑goods fulfillment within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing operation, including 503B outsourcing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7 years in warehouse, distribution, inventory-control, or logistics in regulated industry.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Experience with GMP receiving, inventory accuracy, production staging, and finished goods shipping.
Experience with DEA-controlled substances, cold-chain operations, 503B operations preferred.
Experience supporting regulated inspections, investigations, CAPAs, recalls, and audits.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse supervisors, inventory-control personnel, material handlers, receivers, pickers, packers, and shipping staff across shifts.
Ensure safety, accuracy, on-time delivery, and compliance with procedures.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel; maintain coverage plans.
Manage DEA-controlled substances and cold-chain operations with compliance.
Oversee receiving, quarantine, storage, replenishment, and shipping of APIs and finished drugs.
Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counting and reconciliations.
