Job summary

Nivagen Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all site warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing operation, including a 503B outsourcing facility.

You will manage receiving, quarantine, storage, and direct-to-customer pick, pack, and shipping, ensuring APIs and materials are tracked under approved conditions and authorized processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, preferably in pharmaceutical operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with DEA-controlled substances, cold-chain operations, and 503B/direct-to-customer distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse supervisors and staff across shifts to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee receipt, quarantine, storage, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of API, excipients, and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP data integrity; enforce GMP and regulatory requirements.
