Job summary

Exela Pharma Sciences, LLC is seeking a Material Handler in Lenoir, NC to handle, move, and track materials and components for pharmaceutical production in a cGMP environment. You will document processes and ensure materials flow between storage and production areas, following SOPs and quality standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and delivering shipments; using SAP for transactions; maintaining a clean warehouse; and completing required RCRA training within 6 months and

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division).
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities.
• Proficient with computer programs such as Excel and Word.
• Experience operating a pallet jack and forklift.
• Experience using SAP for material transactions.

Responsibilities

• Unload, move and store materials as requested.
• Inspect and deliver incoming shipments.
• Receive, inspect and deliver daily incoming shipments.
• Pick BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Complete pick-ups and deliveries between facility sites.
• Utilize SAP for more complex material transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Complete RCRA training within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter.
• Must have a Current Driver’s License.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
