Job summary

Lupin Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in New Jersey to manage warehouse inventory, shipping/receiving, and material handling while upholding GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include generating packing slips, recording inventory in SAP, operating a forklift, and ensuring a clean, compliant work environment. Relevant GMP experience and a degree in business/logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or course work in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience will be preffered.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and GMP/regulatory requirements
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slips
• Recording, documenting, and tracking inventory via SAP
• Material handling and sorting
• Inspecting items upon receiving shipments
• Forklift operation
• Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutter
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety Guidelines
