Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is hiring a Warehouse & LN Room Support Technician in Millsboro, DE. The role supports warehouse operations, inventory management, LN room activities, and internal customer service to ensure materials flow and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing and other departments to optimize material movement, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse/manufacturing/logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading/writing communications for diverse colleagues.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and safety/quality policies at all times.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory transactions.
• Store, organize, and maintain raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pull, stage, and issue materials to support manufacturing and internal requests.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain SAP accuracy.
• Support LN room operations and cryogenic material handling.
• Prepare and package materials for domestic and international shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Assist in cycle counts, audits, and training new staff.
