Job summary

AAA Pharmaceutical in Lumberton, New Jersey is seeking a part-time janitor to maintain a clean and safe facility. The role involves housekeeping across the facility, including offices, labs, packaging areas, bathrooms, and common spaces, plus waste disposal and inventory counting.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, window and door cleaning, grounds maintenance as needed, and basic maintenance tasks. 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM schedule; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning equipment such as sweeper, scrubber, shampoo, mops.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes, cleaners, soaps, disinfectants.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and dispose into dumpsters.
• Inspect, wipe, and sanitize fixtures, touchpoints, surfaces, furniture, monitors/computers, partitions.
• Clean floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing) and carpets.
• Maintain bathrooms, break room, hallways, offices, warehouse, lab, packaging areas.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment (sweeper, scrubber, shampoo).
• Clean windows and doors (interior and exterior).
• Ensure grounds are clean and free of litter.
• Count supplies inventory.
• Assist with landscaping as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and perform general maintenance tasks.
