Job summary

Siegfried USA, LLC is hiring for a site Utility Engineer at the Pennsville facility. You will support, improve, and maintain critical utility systems including steam, condensate, chilled water, HVAC, and related infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Work with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, SHE, Quality, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, support projects, and improve system reliability while adhering to cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) or related.
• 3–5 years in utility engineering or facilities engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial utility systems (steam, condensate, chilled water, HVAC, etc.).
• Experience reading P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical docs.
• CMMS experience preferred; pharma/cGMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering support for site utility systems (steam, condensate, chilled water, HVAC, etc.).
• Monitors utility system performance and identifies reliability improvements.
• Supports troubleshooting of utility failures and process interruptions.
• Develops corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime and risk.
• Reviews and optimizes preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Supports capital/expense projects with utility input and documentation.
