Job summary

Siegfried USA is seeking a Reliability Engineer at the Pennsville site to improve equipment reliability and maintainability. You will analyze performance, identify failure modes, and implement sustainable solutions to reduce downtime, working with maintenance, engineering, operations, and vendors.

Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and 3–5 years in maintenance or reliability engineering, with CMMS experience and proficiency in reliability tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering or related manufacturing field.
• Experience with reliability tools such as RBM, RCA, FMEA, and RCM.
• Experience with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements reliability strategies to improve uptime and performance.
• Analyzes failures using root cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Leads reliability-centered maintenance activities and FMEA.
• Reviews and optimizes preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitors KPIs like MTBF and MTTR and asset utilization.
