Sumitomo Pharma America (SMPA) is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager - Specialty to represent SMPA to customers across the assigned Phoenix, AZ region. You will drive growth by leveraging clinical knowledge and market insights in a fast-paced, accountable environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in business/marketing or related field with 2+ years of pharma sales experience, ideally in Urology and with a product launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area with 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationally).
• Experience in Urology and with a pharmaceutical launch.
• Knowledge of formulary positioning and payer strategies (pull-through/push-through).

Responsibilities

• Establish deep business relationships based on clinical and market dynamics.
• Increase market share by closing new business in both new and existing accounts.
• Provide clinical expertise to support sales, plan strategically, and use resources compliantly.
• Assess product and competitor trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members.
• Travel throughout the territory; overnight stays may be required.
