Job summary

SynBio in Reno, NV, is seeking an entry-level and/or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition within primary care settings.

You’ll manage a portfolio of medical clients, develop long-term relationships, and contribute to contract discussions and healthcare cost management. A track record of meeting sales or satisfaction goals, strong communication, and solid organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
• Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role
