Viatris, a global healthcare company, seeks a Senior Technical Training Specialist to design, implement, and lead technical and non-technical training programs. You will partner with GMP and regulatory experts to ensure compliant courseware and evaluation tools across the site.

Responsibilities include maintaining curricula, delivering timely training, and measuring effectiveness with robust documentation. Strong MS Office and ERP familiarity are preferred, with English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4–7 years in pharma or training education.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing and distribution practices, adult learning theory, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Familiarity with SOPs, cGMP, Distribution Center operations, and external business partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and facilitate technical and non-technical training programs and courseware.
• Maintain and review training curricula and learning plans to stay current with technical and regulatory demands.
• Collaborate with department management and SMEs to design and implement compliant courseware and evaluation tools.
• Design, develop, and deliver compliance training and maintain training metrics.
